Instant pot

I LOVE this thing. Like REALLY REALLY LOVE it. I might even say I love it more then my Kitchen Aid mixer which says A LOT!

When you live in a RV space is critical. Things that service more then one purpose are CRITICAL in helping maintain sanity order. This baby can do SO many things. It is so much more then a pressure cooker. It is also a slow cooker and rice maker. I use it for sauteing everything instead of using my stove top. I make spaghetti and mac and cheese in it. I use it to make taco meat, soup, chili, meatloaf, meatballs, and SO MUCH more. Basically unless it needs an oven it goes in my InstantPot. In fact you can even bake things in it. I have seen recipes for cake in this thing! You can even make your own yogurt in it. I have not tried it yet but you can do it.

Pressure cookers are amazing. They are not what your grandma had years ago. They have come a long way and are SUCH a time saver. I don't knwo about you but so many times it is 2,3,4:00 and I remmeber I was supposed to put something in the crock pot for dinner hours ago. Now I can pop it in the Instant Pot and have it done in 30 or 40 mins. And it tastes just as good if not better. Plus, living in Florida not having to have the oven on is HUGE. Meatloaf in the Instant Pot in 30 mins vs over an hour in the hot oven. Spaghetti without having to wait for water to boil? Yes please! Like I said I love this thing and just know you will too!
